Menus

Here are two of our current favourite tea menus.  (We are constantly discovering new recipes, however.)  Please contact us on (07793) 744131 for more information:

Menu 1
Tartlets: black pudding, leek and thyme; caramelised onion and Somerset goats’ cheese;
asparagus and quails’ eggs
Potted crab with thinly sliced brown bread and West Country butter *
Sandwiches: roast beef, English mustard and watercress; cucumber; smoked salmon
Victoria sponge with buttercream and homemade raspberry jam
Scones with clotted cream and interesting jams. Some of our favourites are
gooseberry, rhubarb & strawberry, and greengage
Coffee and walnut cake
Almond fairy cakes with lemon icing
Sea salt caramel & chocolate shortbread squares
*this dish adds to the cost of this menu

Menu 2

Tartlets: smoked salmon, dill and crème fraiche; bacon and egg
Sandwiches: smoked salmon; baked ham and wholegrain mustard; egg and cress
Old-fashioned chocolate sponge cake
Cherry and almond loaf cake
Lavender cupcakes
Scones with clotted cream and jams
